1. Believe in nothing…especially yourself.

3. Do nothing…just sit real still and think about your impending failure.
4. Let your high stress “fester” for a long period of time.
5. Understand that you were born to “crash and burn”. It’s your nature!
6. Never try to correct problems when faced with impossible situations.
7. Hide in shame. Failures should not be allowed in public view.
8. Quit trying. Accept defeat and make no new alternative plans.
9. Seek numbing alternatives. Don’t let the issue of “legality” be
an issue.
10. Assume no responsibility for yourself or your life’s condition.
